[Archers] Kingdom Marshal

Ignacio,

   Have you arranged this method with Alan Gravesend (Kingdom Earl
Marshal)?
It is actually his and the Royals' choice in the matter of the next
Archery Marshal.
They usually depend on your input, but the final decision has always been
theirs
before, unless something has changed.
   In the past it had to be advertised in the Acorn (usually by the EM),
and then 
people sent in there 'resumes' explaining their background, interest,
plans, etc....

   You might want to check on this.
