[Archers] New Archer Names

Ignacio,

First and foremost, I made no such statement as to we, as archery
marshals, collecting or handling waivers on the field. I also made no
statement as to the handling of funds of any kind. Where did this come
from?
Second, I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but our
illustrious Kingdom seneschal IS WRONG!!! My Lady is an MoL and a mentor
for the MoL office. The policies that she has to follow have come down from
the KMoL and waivers at events need to be signed on the list field as well
as at troll. This is for any non-member wishing to participate in any
"martial activity." I simply suggested that we should look into the
possibility of having an additional waiver signed at the MoL table at
events. Is this so wrong that I wish to have our proverbial behinds covered?
I know that this is not the present practice nor ruling, it is merely a
suggestion based on my opinion.

Kingdom Policy 4.4.1 ( in the Atlantian Book of Policy)

All gentles who wish to participate in combat activities in any capacity
(combatants, waterbearers, heralds, marshals, chiurgeons...) at an event as
defined in 4.3.1 must present proof of current waiver on file with Corporate
or pay a $1 fee and execute a waiver with the text adopted by the Board of
Directors.

This is just for clarifications sake!

Lord Menua
