[Archers] Balder Blunts?

Does anybody know where to find Balder Blunts?  I've tried to connect to his 
website, but keep getting error messages.  

Also, does anybody know where the standards for the ABD can be found?  I've 
found a site showing blunts that have already been approved, but nothing 
telling the actual requirements for the ABD's.
