Subject: [MR] Crown letters of intent

If you have sent Us a letter of intent to fight in Our Crown list please
double check your sent folder and make sure that you also copied the Kingdom
Seneschal.  This is required by law and failure to do so will invalidate
your letter.  We will publish the list and format on the 24th which is also
Our deadline.  Just so there is no confusion, Friday the 24th of April
begins at midnight.  This means you have until 11:59 pm of Thursday evening
to send Us your letter.
