[Ponte Alto] Wild Hunt Planning Meeting 2/2

Happy Monday!

Now that planning is starting in earnest for The Wild Hunt 2020, I'd like
to get A&S and event theme stuff put together soon to give people ample
time to get projects together, give prospective marshals and cooks time to
come up with ideas, and to in general prep some publicity stuff. To that
end, Ailleann and I are having dinner at my place Sunday evening (any time
after 5 pm) to discuss and start planning stuff. If you have
thoughts/feelings/opinions about literally any of the following, you should
come join us! If you can't make it, I still want your opinions so send me a
message on Facebook or an email (marion.comptonsca at gmail.com). -the
overarching event theme for the 2020 Hunt -ideas for the martial activities
(we'll have heavy, rapier, target archery, and if we can find someone to
run it, thrown weapons) -A&S competitions (including the cooking
competition, a brewing competition, and anything else that sounds even
remotely fun/feasible) -A&S activities for the day of (bardic, dancing,
etc.) -Food options (we have space and a kitchen for feast but also need a
lunch idea as well) -youth activities (Lady Katherine, the new YAFA
Chancellor will also be working with us to this end) Address is 900 N

definitely want to be your friend. If we need to, we can go upstairs to the
club room.
