[Ponte Alto] Crown Tournament - Tomorrow - Volunteer Opportunities

Greetings Unto the List:

Her Excellency Adina and I ask  that anyone whom may be at Crown Tournament
tomorrow lend a hand if they are able.  We are the host Barony and there
are several times when we will need assistance in making things run
smoothly.

The following times/jobs will need volunteers:

1. Once the tournament has ended - and before court starts we will need
assistance taking down the listen fence and putting in a pile to go back in
the trailer, and/or putting it in the trailer.

2. After Court - if you are not staying for feast - there are approximately
3-4 tents that need to come down  - MOL, Royal, Ponte Alto and Troll

3. If you are staying for Feast - please consider staying and help to clean
up - either sweeping/folding up tables & chairs - or in the kitchen washing
dishes, drying sweeping up, boxing up kitchen supplies to go back in the
trailer.

Thanks in advance for your assistance!  You do not have to sign up or let
us know ahead of time - just jump in when the time comes.
