Do you love 12th Night but hate being stuck at a table for hours sitting
through a huge feast before being able to go and dance and enjoy bardic
activities in the evening?

Do you wish that you could enjoy the days activities without having to
worry about bringing food for lunch or leaving site to eat during the day?

Do you want to enjoy food throughout the day that fits the theme of the
event?

Well, you are in luck! In a little less than a month you will get all that
and more!

At Atlantian 12th Night, on January 10, 2015 food made with recipes from
Platina and Libro di cucina will be served 4 times throughout the day.

At 11 am, after Their Majesties hold morning court, brunch will be served.
Diners will be offered...
Mini Herb Quiches & Cheese Quiches
Beef & Pork Sausages
Fried Apples
Sweet Rice Pottage
Sweet Rolls

In the mid afternoon, at 2pm a late lunch will be served consisting of...
Stuffed Eggs
Dressed Asparagus
Dressed Cucumbers
Dressed Beets
Ham served with Cherry and Mustard Sauces
Sliced Salami & Italian cheeses
Cured Olives & Garlic
Bread & Butter
Assorted Fruit

At 6pm, after Their Majesties close their evening court, dinner will be
provided. The dishes served will include...
Mixed Salad
Bread & Butter
Roasted Onions
Fried Mushrooms with Herbs
Dressed Fried Brussel Sprouts
Peas Fried in Butter
Roasted Chicken with Pomegranate & Lemon Sauce
Pork with Roasted Garlic Sauce
Shrimp (dressed with oil, vinegar and spices)
Macaroni (baked penne with cheese and herbs)
Millet Polenta

Once the Grand Masquarade Ball begins at 8pm, a table will be ladened with
desserts...
Biscotti
Almond Custard
White Pie (cheesecake)
Pear Pie
Spiced Nuts
Wine Poached Apples
Layered Pastries and Snow

This bounty of food costs a mere $10. This includes plates and cutlery
(please bring your own mug). We have no upper limit on how many will be
served but we will only serve those who have registered viz ACCEPS.
