Here is the schedule for Crown Tournament this weekend.

Schedule of Activities


*Friday*5:00 pm Site Opens

...


*Saturday*8:00 am  Gate Opens (closes at 2:00 pm)

8:30 am  MoL Opens

9:00 am  Consort's Breakfast (in the castle)
              A&S Sign In Opens (sign in closes at 12 noon) in the
A&S/Feast Tent
              Fundraiser Auction/Sale Opens in Merchant Row (closed for
Procession)

10:00 am Procession Begins
               Archery and Thrown Weapons Opens after procession ends
               Lawn Games Open (Quoits, Croquet, Kubb and Bocce) after
procession ends

12:00 pm Fundraiser Lunch Served (under the picnic shelter)
               A&S Judging Begins
               Children's Activities begin (by the picnic shelter)

1:30 pm   Fundraiser Lunch Ends

3:00 pm  A&S closes (all items need to be picked up by 3:30 pm)
              Fundraiser auction/sale Ends (items bid on need to be picked
up)

4:30 pm Court Begins (at Their Majesties whim)

5:30 pm Feast (at Their Majesties whim)

7:00 pm Dancing in the Castle
             Bardic Circle (in the feast tent)

*Sunday*

12:00 noon Site closes


*Oyez! Oyez!*When the tournament to decide the heir to the Atlantian throne
reaches the quarter finals the heralds will announce that all the populace
should draw near.

At this time all other activities will cease until the heirs are crowned
