[Ponte Alto] Pennsic 42

The Ponte Alto Pennsic Encapment page has been reset for Pennsic 42, with
the exception of naming a land agent.  That will be added to the site once
we have one.

Visit http://pontealto.atlantia.sca.org/pennsic/ for all the instructions
you need to register for Pennsic, and be sure to fill out the Barony
Registration form to be part of Ponte Alto's camp planning.
