Greetings unto the list:

I am posting the schedule to the Ponte Alto list only - in order to get any
feedback from staff for the event.  I anyone sees and issue with the times
posted please email me immediately so I may make corrections before I post
this out to the Kingdom.

8:00 – Staff may begin arriving and troll in prior to site opening to public

9:00 – Troll opens

            A& S also opens – upstairs in Sykes Hall

            Merchants may begin arriving – upstairs Sykes Hall

9:30 – MOL opens – in Barn

10:00 – Inspections & Authorizations – in Barn

11:00 – Children’s Paolo – in Barn

             Procession of Combatants & Consorts – immediately following
the Paolo

(remember Her Highness & Her Excellency will be selecting a winner of best
Heraldic display shown in the procession)

12:00 – or immediately following the procession

            Tournament Begins

1:00 – Children’s Activities begin in Sykes Hall – downstairs

2:30 – Children’s Activities end

3:00 –  List field closes

            A & S must be picked up

4:00 – Court in Sykes Hall – upstairs

5:00 – Feast in Sykes Hall – upstairs

7:00 – Dancing in Sykes Hall – upstairs

9:00 – Dancing Ends

9:30 – site closes to public

11:00 – site closes to staff
