Good gentles of Atlatia,

The Tournament of Ymir fast approaches!  If you would like to reserve space
on the tourney field for your pavilion or tent, please reply directly to me
off-list with the following information:
The same subject line as this announcement
The dimensions of your tent (not including ropes)
Your name (or household name) as you would like it to appear on the map
that will be posted at Troll

All requests will be taken on a first come first served basis.  Once I
receive your request, I will email you a confirmation.  Until you receive a
confirmation email from me, you do not have space on the field.  Please
feel free to double check with me if you do not hear back.  I will do my
best to reply quickly.
