Greetings, everyone ~

Please forward this missive to all who may wish to lead a dance set at the
Atlantian 30-Year Anniversary on Labor Day weekend, Sep 2-4.  PLEASE ADD
YOUR NAME in 2 places to the set list below (scroll down) and indicate which
order of preference.

The following is the dance schedule we would like to have for the
weekend-long event.

    SAT     10am-12pm     Dance Practice
                                          in the Performance Tent
    SAT     2pm-3pm        Une Petite Danse (lessons/dance for ages 4-6,
adult partner required, 1:1 ratio)
                                          in the _______________
    SAT     8pm-10pm      Dance Social (spontaneous/impromptu)
                                         in the Big Tent, additional Dance
Masters/Mistresses needed)

    SUN    1pm-3pm        Youth Ball (lessons/dance for Youth)
                                         in the ________________
    SUN    8pm-11pm      Anniversary Ball led by TRM (confirmed with Her
Majesty)
                                         in the Big Tent, additional Dance
Masters/Mistresses needed)

Our current plan is to have several Dance Masters/Mistresses (DM) for the
Balls.  Each DM will be able to choose 6-8-10 dances to lead during his/her
set.  We do need to have the DM schedule and dance lists prepared a.s.a.p.

Thank you to all who are helping with this feat.  Dances may be repeated due
to popularity.  Each DM is encouraged to promote dancers from their home
areas to participate.
