Greetings to the Baronies of Atlantia.



We still need help with pavilions for 30 year.  As this is an all
outdoor event we do not have enough canvas in the Barony to cover all
the needs for the activities, and do not have enough money in the
budget to rent more commercial tents.  Please, if you or anyone in
your Barony would be willing to loan a pavilion to the cause we would
be most grateful.



The list we sent previously was the “wish list” for sizes, but if you
have something that is close and are willing to loan it our Autocrat
would be most grateful.  Baroness Briana MacLukas’s email is
atlantia30year at gmail.com.



Once again, we will allow any group/household/individual who sponsors
an activity with a pavilion to fly their colors from the Pavilion.
Your name(s) will also be published in the site brochure as well as
having a sign that states your sponsorship.



Many of you have also been contacted about the use of other items for
the event as well.  Please make sure you (or the person delivering
them) has reached out to the autocrat so we can plan delivery times
and all the special needs that will go along with those items.



It will take all of us, not just one group, to make 30 year a success.
