[Ponte Alto] Chalice of the Sun God VII

Think I mentioned to both of you previously that I will not be in town the weekend of Chalice.  Had a Grand Canyon hike scheduled with my daughter & sister before the Chalice date was changed.  I do not know what plans are for list fence.  Think we only used the Barony set for the event last Fall at Camp 5.  Do not think Perronelle plans to attend.  My trailer is just sitting here and you are welcome to borrow it if needed.

A big thanks to those that have contacted me so far, but there are many opportunities still for you to help make this annual event great.


 


We've used Prince William Forest Park often, so we need to make sure they want us back again.  We need people for set up on Friday and clean up Sunday morning.  And if you're staying for the wonderful feast, please think about offering a hand afterwards to help in the kitchen.  Our cooks will be working all day for you, so lets let them relax after all that hard work, and clean up for them in the kitchen.
