[Ponte Alto] Chalice Champions Roster and Question

Greetings!

I am preparing a roster of current and past champions of the Chalice of the Sun God tournaments.  The only ones I am missing are the very first Chalice armored champion, and the name of the very first Chalice Team winning team.  Can someone refresh my memory?  I am trying to include this as an honor roll in our Chalice page.
