[Ponte Alto] Performing and A&S at Tournament of Love and Beauty

Greetings!

As you all know by now, on February 28 our Barony will be holding the always awesome Tournament of Love and Beauty.  This will be a fabulous and fun event, and our spiffy new Baron and Baroness will be picking their Baronial Bard and Baronial Artisan.

What does that mean?  It means that you (yes you!) will have the opportunity to throw your hat (or veil!) on the ring to become the new Baronial Champion on either discipline.

So how do you go about it, you may ask?  Well, if you want to be considered for Baronial Bard (and who wouldn't?), all you have to do is find Their Excellencies at any point in time during the event and say:  "Hello!  My name is (insert name here), and I want to be your Baronial Bard!"  and then sing a song, tell a piece of poetry, juggle knives (or not), or whatever other performance you want to do, and proceed to impress Their Excellencies.  

Do not be afraid!  They are nice and they love the game of "Stalking the Coronets"!  So start planning your performance now!  It will be fun!

For Baronial Artisan, just bring your project for display.  There will be a space set up for you in the hall.  And since it is not a judged competition, documentation is not required (but it's much appreciated!).

Not a finished project?  No problem!  Bring it as a "Work in Progress" and display it anyway!

Not a new project?  We still want to see it!  Even if you have displayed it elsewhere, we will love to see it again!  I can assure you, Their Excellencies will love to see the work of our many talented artisans!

So what are you waiting for!  Get those performances ready, and bring out those A&S projects!  It will be fun!
