[Ponte Alto] Northern Army of Atlantia Communications Policy Clarification

It is the general policy of the Northern Army of Atlantia to provide  
*official* communications about the Army, its activities, its conduct,  
and its membership solely through our Command Staff to minimize the  
amount of noise,  confusion, incorrect information and secondary  
messages and follow-ups that are required to clarify unofficial  
communications.

Please refrain from communicating officially, or in seemingly official  
context or manner, on behalf of the Northern Army of Atlantia unless  
you are one of the Command Staff, and please disregard any  
communications unless they are from one of the Command Staff or  
someone who has been clearly designated to speak on their behalf for  
that purpose (e.g., hosts of war practices, Logistics Commanders,  
Baronial Warlords, or one speaking specifically at the request of a  
Commander).

If you feel there is a message that needs to be forwarded on behalf of  
the Northern Army of Atlantia, please contact one of the six members  
of the Command Staff to so that they may do so officially.

We freely endorse and promote any and all discussion of and about the  
Northern Army of Atlantia on all media and in all fora, but kindly  
request that all *official* communications on behalf of the Army only  
be sent by the Command Staff or those who have been clearly designated  
to speak on their behalf).
