[Ponte Alto] HRM HMA demo report and thank yous

By all reports from the other side of the rope the Historic Martial Arts
demo was a success.  I had people watching, asking questions all day and
hopefully learning stuff as well.  There were a number of people taking
pictures.  I will post as I get them or get links to them.

I wanted to thank Mistress Livia for organizing the demo portion of the
event.  She made things very easy for me.

A very big thank you needs to be made to Lord James de Biblesworth and
Lord Cosimo of Venice.  Both gentlemen stepped up and helped me show
techniques described and illustrated in the fighting manuscripts.

And last but certainly not least another big thank you to Mistress
Filipia.  She was kind enough to allow me to stash all my armor, swords
and other stuff under the A&S shade when the storms came up.
