[Ponte Alto] tent storage question

Hi everyone,
I am considering making the rather daunting step of purchasing my first pavilion, but before I actually get it, I have a few storage questions for you owners out there.

I'm looking at getting something in the 12x12 range with detachable walls.  Excluding the pole, stake and rope issues, can someone give me an idea of how much canvas we're talking about?  If folded properly, would it all fit in one of those 40 or 50 gallon sterilite-type bins, or 2 (or 3)?    I can figure out the total combined weight from the tent websites, but realistically, if I live on the 4th floor (with no elevators) is this something I am going to leave in my car all the time because it's too heavy to haul up and down, or is it manageable for one person?  I don't mind making multiple trips, but only if the pieces are manageable (say, 50 pounds or less). 

Since I learn better by example - is anyone who owns one of these size tents going to be at Sapphire Joust so I can maybe get in on the set-up or tear down to see what I would be dealing with?
