Welcome Back my Lady!

I completely understand your internet woes as we have
to suffer with Adelphia being the only high speed
access available in our section of Loudoun County :( 

They tell us our lines are bad, they schedule appt. I
had to get a sitter for, and then call late that night
to say "Sorry we couldn't make it; if you still have
problems call... [20 min wait time on hold].
