I'm sorry your message was sent in error to the list instead of
just to me.  However, I understood your message to mean you were
concerned that the transition would not go as planned not that
Katherine would not be able to handle the job.  We all know
Katherinne's shining skills and abilities. Have no fear lighting
will not strike and all will go as planned.
