Just to tempt you further here is the Menu to be prepared by Master Tirloch  
and his staff
 

1st Course - Olde World 
Primer Plato:  Mundo Antiguo

Olives – Aceitunas
Butter  –  Mantequilla
Bird at Hand Stewed with Rosemary and Capers – Pollo a la mano  guisado con 
romero y alcaparras 
Valencian Rice with herbs – Arroz a la  valenciana con yerbas aromáticas

Segundo Plato:  El Nuevo Mundo
 
Turkey with sauces -- Pavo asado con salsas 
Tortillas -- Ueitlaxcalli  (Nahuatl)
