If Scott is the only volunteer for this, is it possible to cancel the demo from
an SCA standpoint, and re-establish the connection by one of the Living History
groups that Scott is a part of? That would allow the same person to provide the
same information, but without the Vogon-like bureaucracy ;-), and without
exposing the SCA to any lawsuit.

I think what Scott's offering to do is great - it's a splendid demonstration of
period technique, and Scott's kit and other supporting accessories are
excellent.
