And as the owner of a Tentmasters 18' pavilion, I can tell you the company will happily replace poles for a reasonable fee.  I'm awaiting delivery of a new sectioned centre pole--2 sections 6 feet each, with a heavy steel sleeve to connect them--and even with two-day delivery it was not horribly expensive.

Tentmasters is tough to get hold of--but they're nice folks and they will do what they can to make everything OK....

12' pressure-treated pine center pole (warped but serviceable)

Tentsmiths ground cloth (plus tarp to protect the bottom of cloth)
Red edging along the eave
6 years old

Held up by ropes, could be retrofitted for hub & spoke configuration.
