[Ponte Alto] random: Assasins?

Okay...
 
I just cannot get this out of my head so I have a question for ya'lls!  Someone spewed out something about starting an "assasin's guild" on the Stierbach list and I never heard anything more...but was very intrigued!  IS there anything like this, and if not, is anyone else interested in the possibility of one?!?!
