How is this going to be shared?  On a webpage or will the dissemination 
be more closely controlled?  (I am NOT in favor of public availability, 
like on a webpage, but mailed to members is fine, for example).

Since many virus scanners choke on Word docs (and some ISPs will strip 
them off) would a format like PDF be better?  (I will volunteer to take 
the Word doc and PDF it and send it back to you if you would like)
