[Ponte Alto] Heraldry and Pageantry at Day at the Races

Greetings!

As you all know, Day at the Races will take place
tomorrow.  His Excellency and I would like to make
this event as spiff as possible.  

It would be great if everyone brought their personal
and/or household banners for the parade, and later for
display, as this will enhance the pageantry and
heraldry of the day.
