[Ponte Alto] Pennsic Pre-Registration Deadline approaching

Greetings from the Land Agent!

Just 23 days and counting until the deadline for Pennsic pre-registration. Registration ends at 11:59 PM June 1, 2004.

To date we have four people registered. The Baron and Baroness and myself and William. If you have already registered with Pennsic you MUST also register with the Barony if you intend on camping with us. For planning purposes it would be helpful to me to have this information as soon as possible.

If you are unsure about attending Pennsic a refund less a $10 handling fee is available until July 31. If you can afford to do this it would secure your land. Refunds MUST be requested in writing by e-mail or letter to the Registration Office.

Per the Pennsic War Page:
"Please send an email or letter to the registration office requesting a refund. If the request is by letter on the outside of the envelope have 'Attention Refund' clearly visible. To get a full refund the request must be received by the registration office prior to June 1st of the applied Pennsic year. If it is received after June 1st and prior to July 31st a partial refund will be issued ($10.00 handling fee per person). After July 31st of the applied Pennsic year there will be No Refunds. Pre-registrations which were paid by credit card will be refunded to the account it was drawn from unless the charge was made more than 90 days prior to the refund request. In that case the refund will be by check. Pre-registrations which were paid by check/money order will be refunded by check and mailed no later than September to the person whose name is on the pre-registration form."

Please remember to register with the Barony after you have completed the Pennsic Registration. There is a form to fill out and a calculator to figure your square footage.
