Please note the message below concerning schedule for Curia at ToC on June
26.  As noted, this will be a very brief curia as the only business is a
clerical change to clarify law regarding the precedence status orders of
merit and orders of high merit.  Please note, this will result in NO
process or change from what is currently in place.
