Unto the most excellent Populace of Ponte Alto does Baroness Belphoebe sends greetings!
 
As war approaches and we make ready to face the perils that this entails, His Excellency and I have appointed a new Captain of the Baronial Guard.  That gentle is none other than Signora Catalina dell'Acqua.  She will be making an announcement soon and we will appreciate all the support that you can give her and the Baronial Guard to fullfill their task.
