[Ponte Alto] Sapphire Encampment

I have a 10 x 12 day shade that I would be happy to donate for the
encampment's use.  Downside, it's mundane... upside, it has netting (I spent
only about 2 hours there last year... is it buggy?)  I would need help
getting it set up though, as it is big and clumsy and Kiana and I probably
could not put it up ourselves.

I also have a few big water jugs (no wise cracks :^ )...  does anyone have a
dolly or something to haul the water from the one and only spigot that's on
the site?

By the way... isn't the business meeting on Sapphire Joust weekend?  What
does this do to the Sunday meeting?

Oh! and... Does anyone think it a good time to be discussing Pennsic during
this weekend (particularly in light of the fact that this is the last weekend
before registration ends for Pennsic)?  If so, perhaps we can pick a time not
superceded by other events?

By the way, is Kiana too young to learn archery?  Do they permit 15 year olds
to do target practice when accompanied by a parent?  She's already got the
paperwork in for rapier fighter practice.  Also, I'm guessing that a Marshall
would have to be present.

Belphoebe... You said you wanted coolers and a soft drink for the Luau... any
preferences for the soft drinks?
