Directions to Stenwood Elementary

 From 495 North

Travel 495 South and go to exit (Arlington Blvd/50 West).  TAKE 50 
WEST.  Make a right onto Gallows Rd/Merrifield exit.

* Travel past six lights (Landmarks: Giant, Boyds Piano, German AutoBody 
shop, Merrifield Garden Center, Dunn Loring Metro station).  After sixth 
light proceed on overpass of Route 66.  School is immediately on the left 
side.  (If you go too far, you will be at Cottage Street)

 From 495 South

Travel 495 North and go to the Gallows Road exit and take a left.  Travel 
pass the Fairfax Hospital and proceed with directions above starting at the *

 From Tysons

Travel on Gallows Rd. towards Fairfax Hospital.  After light at Cottage 
Street, take a right into Stenwood Driveway.  If you see Dunn Loring Metro 
Station, you have traveled too far.

 From Lee Highway Rt. 29 from Fairfax

Travel on Lee Highway until you come to intersection of Prosperity Ave. and 
Lee Highway.
Take a left onto Prosperity Ave.  Go to second light and take a left onto 
Gallows Road.  Proceed pass the Dunn Loring Metro Station.  Cross over the 
overpass to Rt. 66.  Take left into Stenwood Elementary.  (Too far you will 
be at Cottage Street)

 From Rt. 7 Leesburg Pike (From Falls Church)

Take left onto Idylwood Rod and follow to Gallows Road.
Take a left onto Gallows Road.
Go pass the second light (1st at bike trail and 2nd at Cottage St.)
Take a right into Stenwood Elementary.

 From Rt. 7 Leesburg Pike (From Tysons)

Take a right onto Idylwood Rd. and follow to Gallows Rd.  Take a left onto 
Gallows Rd.  Go pass the second light (1st. at bike trail and 2nd at 
Cottage St.)  Take a right into Stenwood Elementary.

STENWOOD ELEMENTARY IS LOCATED NEXT TO THE DUNN LORING METRO STATION.

We can enter through the front door.
