[MR] Winner of Tempore Atlantia competition and Royal Bard!

At today's Twelfth Night event, Their Royal Majesties of Atlantia selected
an incredibly talented woman to be their new Royal Bard, and she also won
the Tempore Atlantia competition! Lady Anauved de Mona (Monika Townsend) of
Ponte Alto is our new Atlantia Royal Bard and winner of the Tempore
Atlantia competition for the era of Prehistory-1000 CE.

Special thanks to Master Paganus for running the Royal Bard competition and
to Mistress Ceridwen, Baroness Cynthia of Stierbach, Countess Mary Isabel,
and Master Hagar for judging and running Tempore Atlantia!

Applause also to our concluding Royal Bards, Lady Signý Jarnadóttir and
Lady Song Qingzao Zhufu. Thank you for your service for the past year!
