To all Atlantia Local Group Ministers of Arts and Sciences and KMOAS
Deputies,

Please mark your calendars for the Kingdom of Atlantia's UNevent on
Saturday, December 7&8!

UNevent is a 100% virtual event where we hold business meetings for a
variety of teams within Atlantia.
For your purposes, serving as a Minister of Arts and Sciences, either in a
local group or as a Kingdom MOAS Deputy, please come to the MOAS meeting
from 12:45-1:45pm on Saturday, December 7. Kingdom Policy requires all
officers, including MOASs, to attend their UNevent meeting, so if you
cannot attend, please find a proxy. If you are sending a proxy, please send
me an email notifying me that's what you're doing and who your proxy is
(moas at atlantia.sca.org).

Here are the details of how we'll spend our time:
2:45 - 1:45 official MOAS meeting
1:45 - 2:45 office hour
2:45 - 3:00 - 15 minute break between meetings and wiggle room for final
chats and promises to get back in touch.

This meeting is intended to serve the local group MOASs and Kingdom MOAS
Deputies, but it's completely open to anyone to attend and participate.
Please feel free to share the Zoom link, but not publicly. So, share with
your personal contacts, but please don't publish the link where anyone on
the internet can find it. That's the road to Zoom Bombers which still lurk
out there.

AGENDA:
1) Introductions: KMOAS, KMOAS Deputies, Local Group MOASs (please come
prepared to state your SCA name and title, your modern name, the SCA group
you associate with geographically, and your job title. Everyone will get
~10-15 seconds to introduce themselves.)

2) Kingdom Wide MOAS business updates: 12th Night, KASF, Notables and
Champions, Gulf Wars & Pennsic, Atlantia University, KMOAS Zoom use, and
more.

3) Kingdom MOAS Deputies Review: Each Deputy gets a few minutes (approx.
1-4 minutes) to update the group on what they're working on.

4) Mini-MOAS 101 class: a 5 minute introduction to the job of Local Group
MOAS. (A full MOAS 101 class will be taught at Atlantia University in
February and also by request)

That will probably take an hour, so after these agenda items are
accomplished, we'll move into the Office Hour where Q&A and informal
chatting can happen. As KMOAS, I intend to spend the Office Hour listening
more than anything.

***COMPLAINTS ARE WELCOME!!!***** Please come prepared to complain! I want
to hear your complaints, pain points, and grumblings! Your complaints help
me understand where action needs to be taken for improving our community. I
promise to handle any feedback, especially the difficult stuff, with
understanding and compassion. Your feedback generates action items for this
office, and I'm ready to hear all your perspectives!

PS: I hope y'all will come to the Zoom meeting prepared to be on camera for
at least the few seconds of your introduction! I greatly prefer to see
folks when they're speaking, and I understand that being on camera
generates anxiety for some folks. Please take care of yourselves however is
best for you, and please know I greatly appreciate it when I can see you.


PPS: MOASs all got this info via email and FB announcements. Anyone is
welcome to join in this MOAS meeting, so you do not HAVE to be an MOAS to
join in our fun! Please reach out to your local MOAS to get the Zoom link
if you want to join in but are not currently serving as an official MOAS.
