[MR] Scrivener Royal Competition

Greetings, Scribes of Atlantia!

As the reign of Cuan and Adelhait draws nigh, so too does their need for a
Scrivener Royal.  Their Royal Highnesses have indicated a desire for a
simple competition: simply submit two scrolls that represent your scribal
skill via e-mail, no later than March 26th, so that their Highnesses can
appoint their scrivener at Coronation.  Documentation is encouraged, but
not required.
