Per the Autocrat for Atlantian 12th Night, Lord Charles Fleming:
Sad news: Kingdom 12th Night, just 11 days from now, will not happen in person. There will instead be virtual Court and activities; more on that as I get details.Details on refunds will also be forthcoming.Please accept my most profound apologies for the abrupt change of plans. Duchess Simone, our Kingdom Seneschal, in consultation with Their Royal Majesties, looked at the increase in COVID in the past two weeks and decided the risk was too great.Please forward this to Baronial and local Facebook groups and mailing lists. We need to get the word out quickly so people can cancel their travel plans.
For those of you who reserved rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott for 12th Night, you have 48 hours to cancel without a cancellation fee.
