Hidden Mountain's Tourney of the Silver Chalice is now only a few days away
and it looks like it is going to be a great event: traditional heavy and
light tournaments, A & S competitions, a well-populated fiber solar, an in
person heraldic consult table and other entertainments to include watching
the autocrat play her prize!

But to attend you MUST be pre-registered!  By kingdom policy NOBODY
UNREGISTERED may be admitted to the event this Saturday.
And time is running out to pre-register as registration closes tomorrow, 22
September.  

At this point, unless you are local to the Charleston area and can deliver
your payment in person tomorrow, the best way to register for the event is
through the SCArs system at https://atlantia.sca.org/scars which will allow
you to pay the (very small) fee via credit card or PayPal. 

We recommend that you do NOT wait until the very last second but get online
to register by 10:30 p.m. to give you plenty of time to complete
registration before midnight.  And, if you encounter difficulties in using
the system, as soon as possible contact the Chief Troll, Alisoun MacCoul of
Elphane, at silverdragon at charleston.net so that we can assist you.

We DO really want to see you on Saturday for the first baronial event in
Hidden Mountain in two long years.  And having to send you away would be
make ALL of us very sad.  So, if you are even thinking about coming out on
Saturday, PLEASE save us all that grief by reserving now!
