[MR] Fighter online check-in for events

Authorized Atlantia fighters! Sign in to the MoL table online before the
event! You will still need to go to the table and show your card but will
not need to wait while the MoL writes down your info (unless there's an
issue and this check-in isn't working.)

Marshals, please sign in as well!

The MoL for Battle on the Bay this weekend will be Baroness Lore Bubeck
(Laurie Bubeck Foster)
The table will open at 9AM Saturday and will close temporarily at 10AM for
Morning Court.
