[Atlantian Seneschal]

Greetings unto the Kingdom of Atlantia,

We are in need of a new gentle to serve the Crown, the Kingdom and the
Seneschal’s office as Social Media Deputy.

The Social Media deputy is part of the Seneschal’s office. The Office of
Social Media is responsible for the use of social media on approved
platforms to support the goals of the Society for Creative Anachronism,
Inc. and to facilitate communication with its participants.

Duties include administering Atlantia's Social Media presence, overseeing
local group Social Media Officers, assisting local groups and other Kingdom
Offices with their Social Media presence.

5.14.7 Duties of the Social Media Deputy

• Maintain and monitor the Kingdom’s official approved social media
platforms as defined by Society, including but not limited to Facebook,
Twitter, Instagram, Google +, Meetup or Pinterest.

• Moderate the Kingdom’s official approved social media platforms to ensure
that they are in compliance with current SCA and Kingdom policy.

 • Lend assistance to the recognized social media deputies or web ministers
acting as social deputies to Atlantian branches or recognized groups
desiring to create a social media presence as needed.

• Coordinate with the Chronicler and the Calendar Deputy to assist in
publishing and advertising events on Kingdom’s official approved social
media platforms.

The deputy should also be able to:

Regularly collaborate with SCA Social Media for Known World Events and
Social Media Announcements

Update the Kingdom of Atlantia on the latest Social media platforms and
trends

Study and understand Kingdom Law, Kingdom Policy, SCA Corpora and Corporate
Policy

Be readily available and plugged into social media

Letters of interest must be submitted to Their Majesties and the Kingdom
Seneschal by the deadline of September 15, 2020. Any questions regarding
the office should be directed to the Kingdom Seneschal. Interested
