Greetings to all Sept 12 Online University of Atlantia Instructors:

*It is imperative to specify whether you plan to record it or not in your
class description if you haven't already done so.* This is very important
info for students to have as they register for classes because some don't
want to attend a class that will be recorded. So, please update your class
description ASAP to indicate whether you plan to record it or not.

If you're using a "University-Assisted" classroom, you still need to list
if you plan to record or not, But, we'll provide your direct access URL and
log-in info for you.

How-to instructions are available at the end of this email.

*Moderator / TA Training*

We're encouraging ALL University instructors to have a Moderator / TA to
help run the logistics of your class as you teach. Therefore, we're excited
to share upcoming online training opportunities for University Moderators /
TA's.

Our Online Learning Deputy, Baroness Sophia the Orange will be hosting
training for TA's helping with Zoom on 8/25/20 at 8 PM EDT and for Google
Meet on 9/1/20 at 8 PM EDT. Details about this training as well as other
resources to help instructors and TA's are available here:

In service,
Adriana, Chancellor, University of Atlantia
