[MR] War of the Wings Updates

Exciting news! The War of the Wings website now has a news & updates
section. This includes calls for volunteers, new contests and tournaments,
and schedule changes.

War of the Wings is just a month away and several deadlines approach
quickly.

   - Teachers, classes must be submitted by 9/21 in order to be on the
   schedule and handbook. That's this Friday, 3 days from now.
   - Pre-registration for land allotment closes on 10/1, 12 days from now.

Volunteers are needed at Troll, gUber, and Disabilities Point. Please see
