[MR] Important Fall University Reminders

Below are some important reminders regarding the 102nd session of the
University of Atlantia (http://university.atlantia.sca.org/) to be held
Saturday, Sept 21 at Rugby Middle School in Hendersonville, NC.

1.***Student Registration Deadline = Midnight Wed 9/18/19***
2. *If you registered for classes and then can't go, please cancel your
registrations* before Sept 19 OR email the University registrar.(
registrar at atlantia.sca.org) to release your reserved space to another
student.
3. Please bring cash for any needed class handouts and materials, a
donation to offset the cost of site, and whatever items you may want from
the Atlantian University bookstore.
4. Classes start at 10 AM. Please arrive early so you can check-in at Gate
and the Registration table before they start. There will be a line. Please
plan accordingly.
5. Lunch is at noon. Convocation is at 1:00 PM. Their Excellencies of
Hawkwood will have a short court before convocation.
6. Lunch is a first-come-first-serve fundraiser potluck. If you wish to
partake of said potluck but are not bringing food, please plan to leave a
donation to the University fund. If you contribute food, list all
ingredients in the dish. Contact Sam Lovelace (s.l.lovelace at gmail.com) with
questions.
7. Please pay attention to posted class cancellations and additions on the
University website and at the Registration table.
8. Have fun and teach / learn ALL THE THINGS!
