[MR] New Southern MOAS

[Atlantian KMoAS]

I want to announce that we have a new southern regional MOAS. Lady Ellisif
Gydasdottir has agreed to step up into this role as Baroness Ingegerd is
stepping down to put her energy else where.

Please help me thank and congratulate these two wonderful women on them
helping the arts and sciences community.
