Greetings from the happy (albeit tired) head cook of Ymir! I have many many
people to thank for their help on Saturday, I am VERY aware that I will
miss someone - There were so many folks that I didn't catch everyone's
name. I also spell horribly and I am apologizing ahead of time:

In the kitchen:
Lady Tirzha (Evelyn Brady) and Lady Orla..the Pie Queens- (sorry) - Thanks
for keeping me honest...
Baron Norton (Jerry Paris) and Baron Ingvar (Norman Smith) - Masters of the
MEAT (all the meats)
Mistress Annora Hall (Kathy M Alma) who made cheese and then washed dishes
ALL DAY and then made coffins for our dead birds
Dutchess Simone de Barjavel, my adopted Laurel,  who drove down from DC
just to help me do whatever needed doing, from shelling pomegranates to
washing dishes.
Grace Whyting for a northern grocery delivery service and making the cheese
for the salmon pie (NOM)
Kelly Prim, Baron Norton's daughter, Baron Ingvar's wife, and Kat for doing
all the cutting and chopping of everything
Lady Maria Beatriz la Mora (Bambi Riggsbee-Smith) for the almond milk
cheese so our lactose unfriendly friends could enjoy feast as well.
Mistress Eibhlin nic’Raghailligh (Kathleen Madsen), for sending home made
cream cheese overnight for the fruit pie. SOOO much better than store
bought!
Abigal, Yrsa, the little daughter of Larkke (Larkke Flood) that all took
many hours out of their day to help out.
Niely Morgan for the loan of pie plates since there were over 100 pies in
my feast..... (sorry)
Toshihiro and Fukutaro Yoshida, the father/ son team that were more than
worth kitchen minions and much of the muscle I needed to move REALLY BIG
POTS.

Servers:
Mistress Maddalena and Master Geoffry - thank you for taking care of all
the Baron & Baronesses at High Table!
Sophia the Orange, Magnus, Veronica Yoshido, Michelle, Sylvia, Tom and
Adrian- Your willingness to play along with my "fun & games" was wonderful

And last, but definitely not least, My daughter, Bella (Jamie Martinsen)
Your jump in, willingness to do the job of taste testing, expediting,
cutting, moving, packing, unpacking, directing, planning and just
being awesome is amazing.

You have grown up my dear child.

Thank you all for everything. It was a lovely day, fun and not at all
stressful because of each and every one of you!

PLEASE correct spelling and official names. I want a list of you all!!
