Noble Friends,

Would you like to be part-owner of a French castle? A crowd-funding project
is wrapping up to save Chateau Ebaupinay in Poitou-Charentes:
https://www.theguardian.com/world/2018/dec/23/chance-to-own-ebaupinay-castle-in-france-for-less-than-fifty-pounds-on-offer-in-crowdfunding-campaign
. A share can be yours for just 50 Euros, but today is the final day to
participate (I'm sure they would still take your money if you were late,
but you might not receive the full ownership benefits).

The elegant, but crumbling, Chateau Ebaupinay was built in the 1400s during
the Hundred Years War. Plans are underway to restore the castle using
traditional methods and to employ local labor.

The Ebaupinay campaign follows the successful crowd-funded rescue of
Chateau Mothe Chandeniers:

.

Yours Aye,

Mungo Napier, Laird of Mallard Lodge 🦆
