[MR] Cheese Show and Competition

I am sponsoring a Cheese show - think State Fair. There will be divisions!
There will be prizes! There will be a Blue Ribbon!

Bring your best cheese - or send it along if you can't come. No
restrictions on time or country.


Divisions will be:

Fresh (1 week old or less)
Young (1 month or less of aging)
Old (4 months or more)


Entry amount is 1 lb of cheese. You won't get it back :)


Bonus points for documenting the cheese within the SCA period. Don't forget
to Document your process!!!


Oh...and I'll need judges... someone that likes eating cheese...

Event: Ymir 2018, not officially on the calendar but always the last
weekend of February (24th)

Location: TBD but in North Carolina

NO ONE CAN SAY YOU DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO MAKE SOMETHING.
