  To the populace of the fair Kingdom of Atlantia.  Due to the winter storm that approaches the Barony of Marinus, we must cancel the inter-Baronial Twelfth Night event scheduled for Saturday January 12th.   I ectended their excellencies deepest regrets at the necessity of this action.
