Noble Friends, Especially Vikings and Fellow Scots:

A noted forensic artist has completed a facial reconstruction of St.
Magnus, patron saint of Orkney. Hew Morrison used photos of a skull
found in St. Magnus' cathedral during renovations in 1925. The remains
themselves are walled up in a pillar at the cathedral, and thus
unavailable for study:

. Hansom guy.

Magnus Erlendsson was an Earl of Orkney until he was murdered on the
orders of his cousin and co-earl Hakon circa 1117:

St. Magnus Cathedral in Kirkwell is one of only two intact medieval
cathedral churches in Scotland (the other is St. Mungo's Cathedral in
Glasgow): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/St_Magnus_Cathedral .

Yours Aye,

Mungo Napier, Laird of Mallard Lodge
