Noble Friends,

These past few days BBC has been offering a brief article about King 
Arthur. The article asks, "Was Arthur Welsh?" Well, maybe, but the 
English claim him as their own, as well as the Scots (the Round Table is 
supposedly under the Stirling Castle knot garden), and IIRC the Cornish. 
The article discusses how Arthur has been used as a symbol of the 
highest ideals of chivalry, as well as a symbol of national legitimacy.
