[MR] Wikipdia: Edward Kelley, Seer and Alchemist

Noble Friends,

On this date in 1555 Edward Kelley was born. He became famous as an 
alchemist, spirit medium and mystic, and was a contemporary and 
companion to the better-=known John Dee. Kelley was also a colossal 
fraud. He apparently tried to con the Holy Roman Emperor Rudolf II with 
a claim he could manufacture gold. This was his undoing, and Kelley died 
in prison after breaking his leg in an escape attempt.
